Al graduated from Spokane Community College in 1987 with a degree in Industrial Electricity. Upon gradation he worked his way up to a superintendent position with Seattle-based R.J. Lambert Company. In 1996, Albert started G&F Construction, a company focused on Class A office tenant improvements.
Albert’s tremendous leadership ability and dedication to service and quality workmanship has earned him many satisfied customers throughout the Puget Sound. One of these customers was his current partner, Mike, who at the time was managing the downtown Bellevue office portfolio of Spieker Properties REIT.
Mike graduated from Miami University in 1992 with a BS degree in Finance. After four years of selling steel for Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Steel Distributors, he took a project management position with Spieker Properties (later purchased by Equity Office Properties).
Mike managed the Bellevue, Washington CBD office portfolio until 2001 when he began business school at the University of Washington. After graduation with an MBA in 2003, he and Albert started Shilshole Construction.
